just puzzled on why a fwd_srns_ctxt required in a 3G to 4G handover. basically for rnc to rnc transistion of the security information happens in this. But in this handover there seems to be transfer of information to mme. There is no provision in S1 to forward the same to enb. could be a flaw with 23401 . since already we have transparent containers to do the same , will this srns forward context be required?
